We are all capable of learning to self-regulate our nervous system and emotions, through the breath, with support. With nonjudgmental listening and empathy, I’ll provide a safe space for you to explore and resolve your issues.

My healing work helps you attain deep relaxation of body and mind, accessing your body’s own wisdom as you enter the theta state. You’ll experience the transformative power of breath, imagery, and empathic support for your unique healing journey.

Instead of focusing on the symptom level, we’ll work to uncover and address root causes, to heal long-standing wounds and create deep transformation.

You will gain:

I offer 4-week and 12-week coaching packages on a sliding fee scale. (4 weeks: $300-$200; 12 weeks: $900-$600). If you sign up for the 12-week package, you’ll receive a free copy of my e-book, The Circle of Healing: Deepening Our Connections with Self, Others, and Nature. Coaching can be done on zoom.
